1. a stressed out nervous system, skin issues and fatigue. I wasn’t glowing and its because I was moving too fast, too rough, and too long. Never having a solid base will tear over time. 2. getting really really sick. Essentially having an iron deficiency and losing my whole immune system, leading to kidney infection, and so on… it was a rough 2024. 3. celebrating my loved ones. Wether its birthdays, exhibitions, or even weddings. Showing up for the people you care about and building a long term community matters. 4. wanting to build something long-term. In all aspects, career, partnership, consistency with the things that genuinely started mattering a LOT. Building with someone other than yourself suddenly became a strong wish, and prioritizing something other than only myself became important, too. 5. wanting a routine for my hobbies and movement. 6. consistency with further education, training and skills I want to build up. Such as starting my training to become a certified hypnotherapist this year. #backpacking #travel #fulltimetravel #nomad #globetrotter
