Here’s why⬇️ Athletes Hungry to Win - This Is for You As an athlete, you face many unique challenges from your specific sports : • Weak hips and knees from overuse • Struggling to balance sports training, proper nutrition and school commitments • Lost on how to actually train to translate over to game-time performance • Building an Athletic Physique without sacrificing performance in your sports, and vice versa All of these challenges along with the small details that is often neglected would most definitely surface on your journey And those athletes that felt overwhelmed... * Underperforms in game * Is looked down upon by your peers and coaches * Slowly losing passion for the sports they once loved * Giving up because they didn’t think they were meant for the sports But it doesn’t have to be that way, you CAN dominate your sport Success comes from combining Athleticism and a Powerful Physique The problem? Most athletes stick to 1 training style or lack a structured plan that ACTUALLY translates over to game-time performance The fact is, you need a blend of several different ways to train such as Plyometrics, Strength, Endurance, Hypertrophy, and even Injury Prevention And EVERYONE’s style is unique relative to their sports Which is why I believe that when it comes to coaching athletes, Personalization is the deciding factor between greatness and being average.
