MOMost people do Bayesian curls the same way.
I removed the handle and grabbed the cable directly in a hammer grip.
Why?
• Neutral grip = more brachialis & long head engagement
• Cable behind the body = loaded stretch on the biceps
• No handle = raw tension, better control
