If you want bigger-looking biceps, you’ll need to hit all three key players: the short head for width, the long head for thickness from side view, and the brachialis, which pushes the long head up to make your biceps look even bigger.
Here’s a simple workout to target each:
Concentration Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps (short head focus)
Cross-Body Hammer Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps (brachialis focus)
Incline Dumbbell Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps (long head focus)
All of these exercises train the whole biceps complex, but each one shifts more emphasis toward a specific muscle.
