But a coach sees the patterns behind the answers. • When your training volume is too high for your recovery • When your nutrition isn’t matching your training goal • When the real issue isn’t the program - it’s consistency, stress, or sleep • When you need to push harder vs. when you need to pull back Information is easy to generate. Judgement is harder. That’s where coaching happens. ___ On Monday, I’ll be opening my first 6-week Foundations coaching group intake. In Episode 10 of The Research Debrief, the latest research compared exercising alone, with a training partner and with a personal trainer with the same program. Each group showed different results but only the personal training group saw statistically significant improvements in all three categories: strength, lean muscle mass and body fat reduction. For operators, the data is there and can be a differentiator when marketing your personal training program.
