SONiin paljon keksejä 🍪 valmistin tavallisen keksitaikinan ja siirsin sen pursotinpussiin. Tästä määrästä tuli kolme pellillistä minikokoisia keksejä 🥰
Tässä vielä tarkka ohje:
1 dl sokeria
1 dl fariinisokeria
100 g pehmeää voita
1 muna
3 dl vehnäjauhoja
1 tl ruokasoodaa
1 tl leivinjauhetta
1 tl vaniljasokeria
150 g pieniä suklaahippuja
Tee näin:
1. Sekoita kulhossa sokerit ja pehmeä/sula voi tahnaksi
2. Vatkaa joukkoon kananuna
3. Lisää kuivat aineet ja suklaahiput ja sekoita taikinaksi.
4. Tätä keksitaikinaa ei tarvitse siirtää kylmään kuten yleensä, vaan voit käyttää sen heti huoneenlämpöisenä. Nostele taikina isoon pursotuspussiin ja pursota uunipellille pieniä nappeja vieri viereen. Tästä määrästä tulee n. 3 pellillistä mini cookieita.
5. Paista 180C n. 6 min, keksit saa jäädä aavistuksen pehmeiksi.

Ingredients
50g butter, soften
28g powdered sugar
65g wholewheat flour (atta)
20ml milk
Process-
1. In a bowl whisk together butter and sugar until light and pale.
2. Now add in the atta and milk. Combine together to form a sticky dough.
3. Pipe them out using a star nozzle and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins or until edges are brown.

150g of butter
300g of flour

180g of chocolate chips

👉METHOD
1. In a bowl, combine the egg, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well with a whisk until smooth, then add a pinch of salt along with the flour, baking soda, and a touch of cinnamon if you like. Quickly mix together.
2. Add the chocolate chips and transfer the dough into a piping bag. If you don’t have one, shape the cookies by hand.
3. Form mini cookies and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your cookies. They’ll be ready when they turn golden.
5. Perfect for tea time or breakfast, dunked in milk.
