DRBlack Sesame Glow Truffles. Black sesame seeds have traditionally been used to support stronger, darker, and healthier hair, thanks to their rich content of antioxidants, iron, zinc, and copper.

Ingredients (makes 9–10)
* 2 tbsp toasted & ground black sesame seeds
* 2 tbsp flaxseed
* 2 tbsp almond flour
* 2 tbsp cacao powder
* 6–7 Medjool dates (pitted)
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* A small dash of raw honey
* 10 almonds
* 80–100g dark chocolate (for coating) & Coconut flakes + extra black sesame seeds (to top)

Method
1. Toast black sesame seeds until fragrant, then grind finely.
2. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
3. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
4. Roll into 9–10 even-sized truffles.
5. Melt dark chocolate gently over low heat or in short microwave bursts.
6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
7. Place on baking paper and sprinkle with coconut flakes + black sesame seeds before the chocolate sets.
8. Refrigerate until firm
