HABefore, during, and after Blue Therapy, and a little peek at my surprise 20th anniversary party that didn’t make the episode 💔 Just wanted to say laughing together, getting through every season side by side together, and working through life side by side has been such a blessing. What you see on TV is only a tiny piece of a much longer, meaningful story.
My husband is truly my rock, the most incredible father, and a partner who never stops amazing me.

My hope is that more people feel safe exploring therapy as a way to grow, heal, and navigate life together a little more gently
