• پرمنگنات پتاسیم یک اکسیدکننده قویه.
• گلیسیرین (الکل سهظرفیتی) بهعنوان یک کاهنده عمل میکنه.
• وقتی چند قطره گلیسیرین روی پرمنگنات جامد بریزی، اول واکنش با تأخیر شروع میشه (چون باید کمی گرم بشه).
• بعد که آغاز شد، مقدار زیادی گرما، دود سفید (MnO₂ + بخار آب) و شعلههای بنفش ـ نارنجی آزاد میشه.
✨ نتیجه:
• واکنش خیلی گرمازا هست و میتونه حتی باعث شعلهور شدن بشه.
• به همین دلیل از این ترکیب بهعنوان یک آتشزا (fire starter) توی شرایط خاص (مثل بقا در طبیعت یا آزمایشهای نمایشی) استفاده میکنن.
⚠️ اما خیلی خطرناکه:
• شعله و حرارت ناگهانی ایجاد میکنه.
• اگر مقدار زیادی مواد استفاده بشه، احتمال انفجار و پاشیدن جرقه هست.
