🔥 CINNAMON ROLL BREAD PUDDING 🔥

🧈 INGREDIENTS
Bread
• 1.5 lb brioche or challah, cut into large cubes (about 2 loaves)
Custard
• 4 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp vanilla
• 1½ tbsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp kosher salt
Cinnamon Swirl
• ½ cup melted butter
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Icing
• 4 oz cream cheese (soft)
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 2–3 tbsp cream or milk
• ½ tsp vanilla + pinch salt
Orange zest (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Butter a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ Cut the bread and add to a bowl.
3️⃣ mix the custard
4️⃣ pour custard over the cubed bread and allow it to soak for 5-10 mins.. mix gently
5️⃣ layer in the bread into your baking dish and then add the cinnamon swirl layer, repeat until the fish is full
6️⃣ BAKE
• 350°F
• Covered 30 min
• Uncovered 20-30 min until golden and set. Internal temp should be 190-200
🥄 ICING
Whisk cream cheese smooth → add powdered sugar → slowly whisk in cream until pourable. Drizzle over warm bread pudding.
💡 Pro Tip: Slightly stale brioche = next-level texture.
