CC✨Made focaccia after so long, and this no-knead version has my heart. Crispy edges, fluffy inside, and those rosemary + bagel seasoning flavors… this one’s going to be on repeat in my kitchen😍😍
Ingredients
280g water
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
350g all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Olive oil
Process-
1. In a bowl, mix water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until slightly frothy.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix with a spoon or spatula until you have a sticky, shaggy dough.
3. Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
4. With slightly wet hands, fold the dough by gently stretching and folding it over itself.
5. Repeat this folding process 3 times, every 15 minutes. This helps build gluten and structure without kneading.
6.After the last fold, generously oil a baking pan. Transfer the dough to the pan and gently stretch it out to fit.
7. Cover and let it rise again for 45-50 minutes.
8. Drizzle olive oil on top. With oiled fingers, press dimples all over the dough. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, flaky salt, and bagel seasoning (or any toppings you like).
9. Preheat oven to 220°C and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
