CQCarpet pythons really are living artwork. Every scale, every pattern, every coil… nature absolutely nailed the design.
This handsome little man is Odin, my Daintree locality carpet python. He’s coming up on 3 years old now and while he’s an absolute stunner, he’s also the world’s most inconsistent eater… which definitely explains the petite size 😆 Some snakes inhale food like it’s their life mission. Odin prefers to keep us all guessing.
Temperament wise though… He’s an absolute dream. Calm, curious and happy to just perch and watch the world go by.
His sister Nova on the other hand… well let’s just say she had a bit more ✨spice✨ growing up. To her credit though, she’s definitely mellowed out a lot as she’s gotten older.
Every snake has their own personality, and Odin’s just happens to be a beautiful little weirdo who eats when he feels like it 😆
