WEBrought my family to Chen’s Kitchen by @chensmapotofu to check out their refreshed 2026 menu by Chef Chen Kentaro. Love how the dishes blend comforting flavours with a refined Szechuan‑Japanese touch – so homely yet elevated! 👍🏻
✨ Tried a few new items:
• Gongbao Chicken – fragrant, crunchy, nicely balanced without being too spicy
• Miso Nasu – soft, silky eggplant with a flavourful minced pork sauce
• Loofah with Eggs – light, tender, super comforting
🍲 And of course, some must‑order classics and sweet finishes:
• Poached Fish Fillet in Golden Broth
• Chen’s Mapo – White (Seafood)
• Szechwan Spiced Chahan with Sakura Shrimp
• Double‑Boiled Pear & Matcha Ice Cream
