To build a complete, well-developed chest, you need to adjust the cable path intentionally: 🔥 Upper Chest – Low-to-high cable path (incline angle, >90°) Targets the clavicular fibers by pressing upward across the body. 🔥 Middle Chest – Straight cable path (neutral angle, ≈90°) Emphasizes the mid-chest as the arms move directly forward. 🔥 Lower Chest – High-to-low cable path (decline angle, <90°) Shifts the line of pull downward to activate the lower fibers.
