Add to your avocado toast, carry as a high protein snack or use a few extra in your favorite pancake or bread recipes to ⬆️ the protein. ✨Almonds - Another wonder food with a power punch; omega 3 fats, B vitamins, and protein (10=10 grams) Carry as a snack, add to your favorite cereals, oatmeals or use almond meal to power up the protein in your receipes. ✨Yogurt- Yes, I know many of you are dairy intolerant but a fresh yogurt is brimming with probiotics for a healthy gut- ditch the sugars and flavors and you have a superfood on your hands. ✨Mushrooms - High in selenium (hello #thyroid), copper, thiamin and magnesium- these underplayed fungus should be in our list. ✨Pumpkin Seeds - High in fiber, healthy fats, zinc (immune support 101) and a part of a seed cycling regimen to boost hormones-increasing progesterone- throw these badass foods into your favorite snack pile OR ditch the chips my fellow salt lovers and use these instead.
