I have been using @claudeai code extensively at my work and have been getting some really great results.
I have been able to do most of the stuff in one short prompt and it’s been exciting and scary at the same time.
Here are some of the tips that you can use :
1. Claude code can work with pretty simple prompt as well but if you give it more context like file references, module references or any feature references, it gives really great results.
2. Use Claude.ms file extensively and have user level settings so that you don’t have to repeat things like giving it a role or setting base context for the project
3. Spend some time in learning some of the useful commands of the Claude code. It will improve your speed a lot and you will know how to use it better. Use /help to understand more commands
4. When you ar working on a big feature, use plan mode. First plan out all the steps, update if you feel necessary and then try to execute it. You can also ask it to first take your permission and share plan first before making any changes.
5. Open 3-4 terminal instance to do multiple things in parallel. It will help with your productivity and you don’t have to wait for its response.
6. When you encounter an error just paste the error or screenshot and ask it to fix it. It does an amazing job fixing bugs.
7. Use it to learn about code base if you are new to it. Use /config and enable the explanatory or learning mode and ask it questions.
These are some of the things that I do and will keep updating based on my experiences.

Most people treat Claude Code like a coding tool. Fire it up, write some Python, close it down. That’s leaving 90% of the value on the table.
Here’s what I’ve realised: Claude Code lives in your terminal. It has access to *everything* on your computer—not just code files, but PDFs, documents, notes, whatever. Connect it to MCP servers and it interfaces with Notion, Calendar, Gmail, Obsidian. The same apps you use to run your life.
This is context engineering applied to your entire personal OS.
The Mechanism:
In development, slash commands trigger workflows. Skills give Claude project context. These features are actually *more* valuable for life and business ops than coding.
I already have Notion acting as my CEO—it queries clients, leads, calendar, tasks, and decides what I focus on. Claude Code takes this further. It can *execute* against all those systems simultaneously.
