EAYesterday, Eagle River Fire Protection District deployed personnel to assist with the Coulter Creek Fire near Carbondale, CO, as part of a Mountain Area Mutual Aid (MAMA) request.
The fire continues to be met with a robust interagency response, including aerial support from both fixed-wing air tankers and rotary-wing aircraft. These videos show coordinated drops of fire retardant and water to help slow fire progression.
