OHHot summer out, coolness in?😳🍫
This is my mom’s quick fix to beat the summery days - Nutty Cold Coco, that’s made with simple ingredients and tastes sooo good!😋🧋
📝 How to?
(Serves 1-2)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp corn flour
👩🏼🍳 Mix the above mentioned ingredients to make a lump free paste.
- 1 cup + 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp nuts
👩🏼🍳 Now heat milk in a saucepan, add sugar, the prepared chocolate & corn flour slurry, chopped dark chocolate and mix really well.
👩🏼🍳 Once it comes to a simmering boil, take it off the heat, serve with lots of ice, and nuts (almond, cashews & pistachios).
Serve chilled and enjoy.😍
