ELOur emotions are a key form of communication.
It's just navigating and guiding them to find healthier ways to communicate them.
Children don't have the compassity or language to always communicate what they are feeling or all the busy thoughts in their minds.
Even fully verbal children can struggle to find the words.
I mean even as adults we struggle with this.
When we open the space and hold space for healthy communication we hold space for healthy mental and emotional health.
Your child's emotional needs are normal for them.
We just have to have the tools to explore them.
Perhaps what your saying is the way they express them doesn't feel good.
Which is completely valid.
Sometimes they can have extreme physical responses to their feelings.
Also sometimes it can be extremely triggering for us.
We need to be able to regulate us and them at the same time and this is so so hard.
However, I'm here to hold space for you to navigate this for yourself and for them.
If this sounds like something you would like support around please reach out to book a 1:1 call with me.
You've got this!!
