Through centrifugal force, the liquid PU is pushed outward and coats the tyre-shaped ring evenly, building up a solid rubber tyre around the empty middle. After curing, workers open the moulds and remove the central core so there is space for the future rim (that part isn’t shown in the video). The finished solid tyres, still without rims, are then packed one by one into plastic bags to protect them from dirt and damage during storage and transport.
