Then switch to Claude Code CLI.
Run execution there using Opus 4.6 because it’s significantly cheaper than running the same inside Cursor.
Same intelligence.
Better cost efficiency.
Here’s the workflow:
• Plan inside Cursor (high context, fast iteration)
• Generate clear, structured instructions
• Move to Claude Code CLI
• Execute with Opus 4.6 at lower cost
• Repeat without burning tokens
Think like this:
Cursor = Planning layer
Claude Code + Opus 4.6 = Execution layer
If you don’t separate this…
you’re paying premium for things that don’t need it.
