I've shared this fab offer so many times but wanted to get a step by step post put together for so long, so here it i — 500 Boots Advantage Points Hack I've shared this fab offer so many times but wanted to get a step by step post put together for so long, so here it is... Boots Scan2Recycle is a fab way to recycle items you're unable to at home. In return, you get a voucher to use in-store that will give 500 bonus points when you spend £10. I use this when I need to stock up on basics - medicine, toothpaste, shower gel etc - like the ones at the end of the video. Best of all, I stack this offer with other deals! To do it, register at Boots Scan2Recycle (link on my story). Click recyclables & upload your items that fit the criteria. They accept loads of items as long as they're: hard to recycle elsewhere, clean & empty and non-hazardous. To upload, take a picture & select the item/brand from the drop down menu. Click upload and that item will go into your pending recyclables. Items can take 24 hours to be accepted (longer on weekends). Upload everything you have to recycle because some things might be rejected. The accepted items stay on your account until deposited too so it's easier to have them preloaded for when you're heading to Boots. In store, find the deposit box, scan the QR code & it'll open your Scan2Recycle account. Select the 5 items you're depositing (1 deposit per day & a max of 8 a month). Press deposit & pop your items in the box. You'll get a digital voucher to scan at the checkout when spending £10. You can stack this with Advantage Card point offers. I had one for 300 points when spending £10+ on Boots own brand. They're also 10% off with an advantage card and some items were on multi-buy offers. I also got 5% cashback on Airtime Rewards! I've also stacked this offer with various coupons many times before. Some store staff don't seem to allow it, some do. Just make sure you scan your Advantage Card, then the Scan2Recycle voucher, then make your payment (with a bank card linked to your Airtime Rewards, a gift card bought from Jam Doughnut or a coupon like Pampers or Tena). All the points should be added to your account ready to spend! Tag a friend who might find this useful 🙌

A couple of weeks ago we realised we needed a new car seat ASAP because our current one wasn't compatible with my husbands new car (side note -did you know that not all isofix seats fit all cars?). We had a 360 seat which I loved but knowing that we would only get a year or two out of another 360 seat, it seemed pointless to splash out on one of those. Instead, we opted for an extended rear facing Britax seat that should give us a good 4-5 years of use. It was compatible with the car but more importantly, seemed to have really good reviews and safety ratings. You can imagine how happy I was to see the particular seat we wanted was on a half price offer across a range of retailers! Me being me, I set to work to find the best deal for us and within a few minutes had the deal of the month sorted. I purchased the seat from Boots where it was on sale at £200. I clicked through my husband's work cashback perks site. That kicked us off with 4% cashback of £8.20. Next, there was a 20 points per £1 spent deal at Boots. That gave us £40 in points and we got another £10 from what I think was the parenting club and a points threshold spend. That earned us £50 in Boots points. I haven't counted those in the money off as I see those as an extra freebie that we will use down the line. Next, I paid with my Chase bank card which gives 1% cashback on purchases each month (with a monthly deposit limit to activate the offer). That gave £2.05 cashback. That same bank card is also loaded to my Airtime Rewards app which uses open banking to track purchases and gives cashback on selected retailers. That gave us another 4% cashback of £8.20! We did opt for next day delivery for an extra £4.95 as we had a weekend away planned so didn't want to risk waiting for free delivery. Even with that cost our savings totted up to £18.45 cashback and £50 worth of points plus the bargain half price seat! All it took was one click through one cashback site and one click to activate the Boots points bonus. Everything else was tracked automatically via my bank card. So next time you're making a big purchase, check what deals you can stack.
