Dad took a new mate - Mom - in late 2007 and the nest became famous in 2011 when we began streaming it 24x7. In the last 15 years, we've seen new mates (male DM2 x Mom), new nests (we're up to six), new eagles (hello HM and HD), and another round of new mates (HD x HM2). 🏀🔥 EAGLES FLY INTO THE FINAL FOUR! 🔥🏀 The Bethlehem Eagles Girls Basketball Team put on a dominant performance Friday night at Hudson Valley Community College, soaring past Oswego 64–41 to capture the NYSPHSAA Class AA Regional Championship and punch their ticket to the State Final Four! 🦅💪 Bethlehem came out red-hot, overwhelming their Section 3 opponent with a 20–3 first quarter fueled by relentless defense and fast-paced offense. While Oswego made a push late in the first half, the Eagles regrouped and closed the third quarter on an 8–0 run, taking firm control of the game. The momentum continued in the fourth quarter as Bethlehem extended the run to 12 straight points, showcasing the depth and determination that has powered their postseason run. ⭐ Game Leaders: • Brynn Elfedt (8th Grade) led the way with 21 points, including four 3-pointers • Lily Greisbach added 13 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 steals • Elizabeth Kearney chipped in 13 points Bethlehem’s defense was suffocating all night, holding Oswego to 35% shooting and forcing 22 turnovers.
