Even though DLSS renders games at a lower internal resolution (like 720p) to boost performance, the GPU still works harder to upscale to higher output resolutions like 1080p or 1440p.
💡 The higher the output resolution, the more GPU power is needed for DLSS to do its magic — sometimes leading to lower FPS than expected.
