I started seeing results when I stopped doing crunches and started doing deep core exercises on the foam roller… My DEEP CORE WORKOUT I give to all my clients to tone and strengthen their deep core in as little as 15 minutes a day💪🏽 The work👇🏽 1️⃣Dead Bugs 2️⃣Leg Lifts 3️⃣Glute Bridge 4️⃣Glute Bridge March 5️⃣Reverse Crunch 6️⃣Flutter Kicks 7️⃣Ankle Crosses 8️⃣Bird Dogs Aim for 3 rounds of 12 reps per exercise.
