He’s my fave character 🎥 shameless: Frank Gallagher, a neglectful, substance-dependent single father in Chicago, spends his days drunk and high, leaving his six resilient, resourceful kids to fend for themselves. Amid scams, chaos, and hardship, the Gallagher family navigates life with fierce loyalty and unapologetic grit. 📺 watch on: Netflix, hbo max #explorepage #explorepost #funnymemes #memes #memestagram #memesdaily #wholesome #wholesomememes #fashion #fashionstyle #jokes #movie #movies #viralmovies #moviescenes

For many daughters, hair was never just hair. It became one of the first places power, control, and emotional boundaries were violated. For mothers who were emotionally unavailable, image-focused, insecure, or emotionally dependent on their children, a daughter’s appearance often wasn’t seen as her own. It was experienced as an extension of the mother. Hair became a way to regulate her feelings. Some daughters were given haircuts that didn’t suit them. Styles that felt awkward. Hair brushed roughly, without care. Long hair cut short without consent. Not because the mother didn’t know better—but because keeping the daughter small, less visible, and less confident felt safer. When a daughter cried, she was “too sensitive.” When she expressed preference, it was seen as rebellion. When she began to choose how she wanted to look, it threatened the illusion of control. To a mother struggling with her own unmet needs, a daughter’s hair could symbolize everything she couldn’t tolerate: ✖️youth ✖️autonomy ✖️visibility ✖️self-expression So it was managed, criticized, mocked, or taken away. For the daughter, this doesn’t register as “my mother is struggling.” It registers as: ✖️”My body isn’t safe.” ✖️“My expression is wrong.” ✖️ “I shouldn’t trust my own preferences.” Over time, this can shape: ✖️chronic self-monitoring ✖️shame around appearance or femininity ✖️difficulty trusting your choices ✖️disconnection from your authentic self This is how something seemingly small becomes deeply formative. 📍 If you’re ready to stop outsourcing your sense of safety, stop abandoning yourself for connection, & start building self-trust, my 4-week program Breaking the Cycle is for YOU! Enrollment closes tomorrow. Comment MOM & I’ll send you the details.

1. You’ll realize you’re no longer as dependent as you once were, not on circumstances, not on other people’s decisions, not on the fear of losing your sense of security. A new source of income appears, or a different way of earning, calmer, steadier, more sustainable. At first, it feels small. Then it becomes consistent.
And one day you notice you can afford more than before, without tension, without constantly doing the math in your head. You start choosing: where you live, who you let close, what you tolerate, and what you never will again. This key is for your freedom. For the right to live in a way that truly fits you. And once you have it, you won’t give it back. Send this to yourself to claim it.
2. You’ll notice you’re no longer living on empty. No more “just push through a little longer.” No more constant tension. Mornings feel quieter. Your thoughts clearer. Your body calmer, no inner rush. You wake up and realize: there’s nowhere you need to run, nothing you need to prove, no need to be strong all the time. Life fills with simple, real pleasures:
a home you actually want to come back to, food you enjoy instead of rushing through, self-care without guilt, people you don’t have to perform around. Someone may show genuine interest in you, no games, no pressure, no emotional highs and lows. And what surprises you most is not them, but how easily you receive it. Without anxiety. Without waiting for something to go wrong. You begin living from a place of warmth and safety,
not from the constant expectation that things might fall apart. Send this to yourself to let it unfold. 3 - in comments Tarot reader Tarot reading US Future reading Love reading Tarot prediction Relationship reading Oracle guidance Spiritual messages Tarot forecast Psychic reading Tarot cards

Dependent personality disorder involves those that are extremely dependent on others and are uncomfortable being alone, they are indecisive, clingy and have submissive behaviors. There need to be five or more to qualify: difficulty making everyday decisions without reassurance, needs others to assume responsibility for major areas of his/her life, difficulty expressing disagreement with others bc of fear of loss or support or approval, difficulty initiating projects or doing things on their own, excessive lengths to obtain nurturance and support from others, uncomfortable or helpless when alone, urgently seeks another relationship as source of care and support, unrealistically preoccupied with fears of being left to take care of themselves. #dependentpersonalitydisorder #personalitydisorder #mentalhealth #therapy
