Natural eye exercises aren't about "curing" vision overnight—it’s about relieving the strain of the digital age and keeping your eye muscles flexible and resilient. Ready to give your peepers a spa day? Here is your daily eye-wellness circuit:
1️⃣ The "Palming" Reset
This is the ultimate "off switch" for your optic nerve. Rub your palms together vigorously until they feel warm. Close your eyes and cupped your palms over them (without pressing on the eyeballs). Block out every speck of light. Breathe deeply for 60 seconds. The warmth and total darkness help the ciliary muscles relax completely.
