Can you finish under 18 minutes?
One of my favorite descending ladder dumbbell workouts.
The devil presses were the limiting factor.
Workout details ⬇️
-Descending Rep scheme: Perform 10 reps of each movement, then 9, then 8 etc all the way down to 1 each
-I would try to take a quick break before going into the devil presses
-Ensure full ROM and points of performance including:
-Deadlift: Full extension of the hips
-Squat: Going below parallel at the bottom
-Devil Press: Chest should hit the ground, power through the hips and full extension of hips and elbows at the top.
Weights ⬇️
(M) RX: 2x50lbs
Scales: 2x35lbs
(F) RX: 2x35lbs
Scaled: 2x25lbs
