Dum Pukht Indian Restaurant offers a refined approach to Indian cuisine, using slow, sealed dum-style cooking to build depth, aroma, and balance. The menu highlights fragrant biryanis, well-executed tandoori dishes, comforting curries, and freshly baked naan.
I recently visited and tried a few of their dishes — the chicken tikka masala was my favourite, especially paired with the garlic naan. And don’t sleep on the nest rasmalai, finished tableside.
