“too dramatic,” “disloyal,” “ungrateful,” or “crazy.”
They’ll point out specific traits they hate.
Then they’ll explain what happens to people like that.
👉 How they cut them off.
👉 How they punish them.
👉 How they humiliate, discard, or destroy them.
👉 Or just how much they disapprove of this person.
And they’ll say it calmly.
Casually.
It’s a subtle warning innocently disguised as a story.
But here’s the part most of us missed.
They’re not talking about those people.
They’re training you.
Your nervous system learns..,
“If I show that trait → this is what happens.”
➡️ If I disagree → I become the villain.
➡️ If I step out of line → I lose safety, love, or belonging.
➡️ If I wear that lipstick 💄 I’ll look like a clown or a sl@t.
➡️ If I ask for help I’ll weak and be unattractive to the narcissist.
So you comply.
You soften yourself.
You agree even when something feels wrong.
Not because you’re weak
but because fear was installed before choice was ever offered.
That’s not love.
That’s conditioning.
And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
