To work out whether a number is divisible by 3, we can just add the digits. If they add to 3, 6, or 9, the number is divisible by 3.
54: 5+4=9 ✅
62: 6+2=8 ❌
It even works for much bigger numbers. When we add the digits, we’ll either recognise a different multiple of 3, or we can keep going until we have a single digit:
378: 3+7+8=18
18 is divisible by 3 but if we’re not sure, we can add again: 1+8=9 ✅

HESCHRIFTLICHE DIVISION könnte viel motivierender und verständlicher sein!
Von der Form her (also ohne „Rattenschwanz“) kann man das hier gezeigte Verfahren zwar so nicht auf die Division durch mehrstellige Zahlen erweitern, aber man erzeugt auf leichte Weise ein vollständiges Verständnis für den Mechanismus.
In einem zweiten Schritt (z.B. in der 5. Klasse) kann man dann bei mehrstelligen Divisoren zur normalen schriftlichen Division wechseln, die ja einfach die Schritte notiert, die hier wegen der einfacheren Zahlen im Kopf gerechnet werden können. Wie viele 4en in 33 sind und welcher Rest bleibt, geht ja im Kopf, wie viele 253en in 1158 sind und welcher Rest bleibt, ist da schon schwerer.
Was meinst Du zu dieser Alternative? Wäre das ein gutes Verfahren, um die schriftliche Division für Kinder verständlicher und schmackhafter zu gestalten?
