SEIf you are not flexible in the shoulders area, it's absolutely fine to do DYNB with the arms along the body. You will be less streamlined compared to the "arrow position," but you feel more relaxed.
At the same time, you can work on your flexibility/mobility, and when it improves, swith to the "arrow position."
Don't rush with your flexibility. It takes a significant amount of time and dedication to improve it in a safe way. But it's better than creating an injury that will bother you for a long period of time.
