ECWhat is Ecstatic Dance?
It’s an alcohol-free, DJ-guided dance journey is designed to bring you out of your head and into your body, allowing you to fully express yourself and connect with a supportive, nonjudgmental community.
On the dance floor, there's no talking, just dance and the freedom to let loose. Each set starts slow, building up, and gently bringing us back down at the end.
Before each dance, we come together in an activity opening our hearts to the community around us. And end slowly to nourish our new connections!
During the dance, feel free to refresh with a calming, herbal-infused beverage or Cacao at the tea lounge to rehydrate, and relax.
At Ecstatic Dance Sacramento we meet monthly to dance and connect. Whether you're new or a longtime dancer, you'll find a place where everyone is welcome and supported. Join us in creating a space of free movement, healing, and community love by giving us a follow!
