POHow to make trending reel-Bairan using Edit app 🎬 (save this!)
STEP1 — Add your text
add text over clip 1 ONLY (time it so it disappears when clip 2 starts)
use FISHEYE style + pick any font color you like
STEP 2 — Get your clips ready
you need 2 raw video clips + a sticker OR use Edit app’s cutout tool to cut out a subject from any photo/video to use as your overlay
STEP 3 — Add clip 1 first
import clip 1 into Edit app. scrub through and STOP it at the exact frame where you want the overlay to appear. this is your reveal moment
STEP 4 — Freeze thumbnail + extract cutout
before placing your cutout, pause clip 2 on the frame you want to use
→ use Edit app’s thumbnail freeze on that frame
→ then tap AUTO CUTOUT — it will detect and extract the subject automatically
→ this becomes your cutout overlay ✂️
STEP 5 — Style your sticker/cutout
select your overlay and apply an effect to make it pop!
→ try OUTLINE effect for a clean cut-out look
→ or go with GLOW, SHADOW, or 3D for more depth
mix and match until it feels right 🎨
STEP 6 — Add clip 2 + your overlay
now add clip 2 to the timeline. place your cutout or sticker ON TOP of clip 2 as an overlay layer. clip 2 plays underneath while the sticker sits on top
STEP 7 — Split clip 2 into 2 parts
cut clip 2 at any point you like
→ part 1: apply INFINITE SCALE effect (or any effect you want)
→ part 2: keep it normal, no effect
this creates that satisfying shift in energy 🔥
STEP 8 — Preview + post
watch it back to check the flow. you can use a Reel Template for the vibe but you’ll need to re-add your sticker/text manually after applying it
