EDEducation has always been the foundation of everything we do at Educe 💛 and this one was a special moment for our team.
Earlier this week, @jadeninthecut led her first solo class for the Educe team, teaching her approach to barehanded balayage. Jaden is not only one of our talented artists, she’s also Phillip’s daughter, which makes moments like this even more meaningful as we continue building the next generation of educators inside our walls. ✨
The technique she shared was something she learned while training in Austria at the @lorealpro Global Experience, and it’s all about control, placement, and intuition.
Barehanded balayage allows the artist to literally feel the hair while painting, creating seamless blends of dimension and the kind of lived-in brightness that moves naturally through the haircut. 🎨
What makes this moment even more powerful is what it represents for our culture.
Through #EduceAcademy, education isn’t something we outsource. It’s built inside this salon. Our associate program and in-house education allow stylists to refine their craft alongside our leadership team, developing advanced skills in cutting, color, and technique while learning directly from the artists who helped build Educe.
Watching Jaden step into the educator role and lead a room of stylists is exactly what this community is about. Growth. Mentorship. And continuing to raise the standard for our industry here in Orlando.
