Rich coffee flavour in every bite, perfectly swirled, perfectly baked. One is never enough… and honestly, who’s even trying? 😌 Recipe: Ingredients butter melted 120 g Brown sugar 130 g Castor sugar 30 g Fresh cream 60 g Instant coffee powder 8 g All purpose flour 215 g Baking powder 2 g Baking soda 3 g Walnuts chopped 30 g Pecans chopped 30 g Cocoa powder 12 g Milk 10 g Chocolate chunks for topping 60 g METHOD: ☕️ In a bowl add melted butter, brown sugar and castor sugar, mix until smooth and glossy ☕️ In another bowl mix coffee powder into the cream until fully dissolved ☕️ Add the coffee cream mixture into the sugar bowl, mix well ☕️ Add all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix gently until a soft dough forms ☕️ Add chopped walnuts and pecans, mix lightly ☕️ Divide the dough into two equal parts ☕️ In one portion add cocoa powder and milk, mix until combined ☕️ Take rough chunks from both doughs and loosely swirl them together ☕️ Place on a lined baking tray, do not roll smooth, keep it rustic ☕️ Add chocolate chunks on top ☕️ Bake at 175°C for 15 to 17 minutes ☕️ Let the cookies rest on the tray for 10 minutes before lifting [Eggless Baking, Cookie Lovers, Cookie Recipes, Coffee Cookie, Coffee Recipes,]

Then this eggless recipe is a total saviour.😋 👩🏼‍🍳 Whisk together 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of cocoa powder along with 1/2 cup hot water. 👩🏼‍🍳 Add 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp melted butter + 250g of condensed milk + 1/4 cup milk and mix well. 👩🏼‍🍳 In goes 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Make a luscious batter out of it, scoop equal portions into cupcake moulds. 👩🏼‍🍳 Top it off with lots of chocolate chips. 🧁 Bake at 180 degrees in an airfryer or oven for 14-15 minutes. Cool it down and then coat it with melted chocolate. Share this with your friends and family. In a bowl, add softened butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk it till it’s light, fluffy and pale in colour. 2. ⁠Then add flour and 3 tbsp milk and form it into a smooth dough. 3. ⁠Divide the dough into 2 equal halves. Add in cocoa powder and 1 tbsp milk into one half of the dough. 4. Divide both the doughs further into two halves and roll them into rectangular logs of equal length. (Approx. 3-4 inches) 5. ⁠Carefully brush some milk on one side and top of the vanilla log and place it next to the chocolate log using milk as a glue. Then, place the second vanilla log over the chocolate log and place the second chocolate log over the vanilla log. This should form a checkerboard pattern. 6. Carefully cling wrap the entire thing and freeze for 15-20 mins. 7. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 mins. 8. ⁠Cut the cookie log with a sharp knife into equal thickness and lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. This will yield around 10 cookies. 9. ⁠Bake the checkerboard cookies for 13-15 minutes. Strawberry Cupcake Preparation time 8-10 minutes Cooking time 15-20 minutes Serve 2-4 Ingredients For Batter 180 gm Refined flour, मैदा 4 tbsp Butter, melted, मक्खन 1 tin "Nestlé MILKMAID" नेस्ले मिल्कमेड ½ tsp Baking powder, बेकिंग पाउडर 1 tsp Baking soda, बेकिंग सोडा ¼ cup Strawberry, chopped, स्ट्रॉबेरी 2-3 tbsp Strawberry puree, स्ट्रॉबेरी प्यूरी For Filling 2-3 Strawberry, chopped, स्ट्रॉबेरी 1-2 tbsp Strawberry puree, स्ट्रॉबेरी प्यूरी For Garnish Whipped cream, विप्ड क्रीम Strawberry, sliced, स्ट्रॉबेरी Rainbow sprinklers, स्प्रिंकलर Mint sprig, पुदीना Process For Batter In a bowl, add flour, butter, Nestle Milkmaid, baking powder, baking soda, strawberry and mix everything very well. Add strawberry puree and mix it very lightly. Transfer it into cupcake molds and place into the oven. Bake it at 170 degree celsius for 16-17 minutes. For Frosting Take the cupcake and scoop it out the middle part of each cupcake. Eggless Baking can be Elite !! Soft centres, crispy edges, loads of chocolate, and zero eggs — trust me, you NEED this recipe. Eggless Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: Butter (browned) – 120g White sugar – 65g Brown sugar – 110g All-purpose flour – 215g Cornflour – 24g Baking powder – ½ tsp Baking soda – ½ tsp Salt – ½ tsp Milk – 60 ml Vanilla – to taste Chocolate (chips and chunks) – 170g (I’ve used a mix of milk, dark and semi sweet) Method: Brown the butter and let it cool slightly. Mix the brown butter with white and brown sugar until smooth and glossy. Add vanilla and mix well. Add flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold gently until just combined. The mixture will look crumbly. Add milk and mix until a soft, sticky dough forms. Fold in the chocolate. Scoop 75g portions and chill the dough for 45 minutes. Bake at 175°C for 14–15 minutes until golden on the edges. Cool slightly and enjoy soft, chewy cookies with melted chocolate. Crispy edges, chewy centres, and rich brown butter flavour in every bite.
