Hard boiled eggs -4
Medium onion -3
Coconut oil -2 tbsp
Fennel seed - 1/4 tspn
Green chilli -2
Curry leaves - few
Ginger paste or crushed - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder -1/4 tspn
Fennel powder -1/4 tspn
Pepper powder -1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Salt
Tomato ketchup - 1 tspn
Puff pastry sheet
For egg wash - (egg+1 tbsp water=beat well)
Heat oil. Add fennel seed. Saute green chilli, curry leaves, ginger. Add onion and saute for a while. Add salt while sauting onion. Add all the powder and saute for a while. Mix with ketchup. Finally add boiled eggs and mix. Switch off the flame, close the lid and keep until the filling slightly cools down. Prepare puff pastry sheet (should be thawed completely before making puffs). Keep 1 tbsp of filling at the centre with half piece of boiled eggs. Press and fold all the sides. Egg wash and airfry for 15-17 minutes at 180 degrees.
Oven temperature: 200 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
