Stop all of your cramps ever 🍌 The main electrolytes our bodies need are sodium and potassium- both things you can find in table salt!🧂 One of the things your body uses electrolytes for is to balance the amount of water in your cells and after you’ve been exercising, your body spends time getting back to its baseline and to do this it needs more water and electrolytes. The main difference between drinking a glass of water and a glass of electrolytes after a run or gym sesh is the speed at which it’s absorbed- electrolyte solutions absorb more quickly. BUT you can and **DO** get all the electrolytes you need from the food you eat.
