Quitting on the erg is always a bad idea.
Not only does it diminish you in the eyes of everyone around you, it’s terrible for your own erg psychology as well.
Either you form a habit of finishing every workout you start, or you’ll make a de facto habit of viewing each successive interval as “optional.”
