The joke here starts out with someone posting the
difference in how many people watched the Super Bowl
sporting event vs the World Cup sporting event
Someone saw this and pointed out the fact that the
Super Bowl is an event that happens every year while the World Cup only happens every four years so they
multiplied the view count by four to even it out. The
issue with their math here though is that 100 million
times 4 equals 400 million. The math they did got them
to 4 billion which is not close to correct. Someone then
replied to this poor attempt at math by calling them the
smartest man in the United States because it's a
common joke on the internet to say that those living in
the United States aren't that smart.
