She built a business on something that others didn’t even consider a business opportunity in that space. She eliminated everything from the formula that ruins classic cafes: No kitchen, No chefs, No refrigerators, No inspections, No expired products. The costs are ridiculously low: rent, furniture, internet, cleaning. While others are counting every penny, she’s selling something that can’t be spoiled: peace and quiet. The profit margin of coffee shops is 30%. 87%, when regular ones She doesn’t sell coffee. She sells the feeling of finally having your thoughts stop racing for the first time all day. Customers come with their own pizzas, coffee from the nearby kiosk, even with bags from home. Here, no one checks the receipt, no one gives you strange looks, no one rushes you. Here, you can simply be yourself. Freelancers, students, remote workers – all those who get kicked out of cafes for “spending two hours with just one latte.” And they say: “I’m not paying for the drinks. I’m paying to be left alone.” Net profit – over 2 million. No risk, no dependencies, no stress. While others are struggling with the competition, she has proven a simple truth: People are willing to pay for a place where no one pressures them, stares at them, or makes demands.
