Here are some helpful things for you to know if you want to do it next year: - The main celebrations happen in Durbar Square, but you will find people all along the streets leading here. 🎉 - Go in the morning! We went at 10am. It was starting to get busy, but it was the perfect balance of chaos and pure joy. As the day went on it got rowdier and the atmosphere changed a little. Guys were rougher putting paint on your face, and the energy had just shifted. - Wear clothes you can throw away after, and go for white. It makes the colours pop even more! ⚪️ - Your phone will actually be okay. I was a little nervous about the power ruining my phone, but a baby wipe later and I was all good! - Prepare to get wet. I was fully expecting to be covered in colour by the end, but not water. People also throw water out of windows, so remember to look up, and water balloons. 💦 Do I recommend visiting Nepal for Holi?
