✨try a project management tool like monday.com, Asana etc.,
Time blocking:
✨Schedule time for answering messages, paying bills, cleaning, eating. Set alarms if you need to.
✨everything will take you longer than you think. Give yourself an extra 30 mins and if your early- bonus!
Memory:
