The seated face pull is a great variation of the traditional face pull because sitting down helps reduce momentum and keeps the focus on your upper back and rear delts. To set it up, attach a rope handle to a cable machine at about upper chest or face height. Sit on a bench or the floor facing the machine and grab the rope with both hands using a neutral grip. Extend your arms fully so there is tension in the cable. Sit upright with your chest tall, core engaged, and shoulders relaxed. From this position, pull the rope toward your face while leading with your elbows. As the rope gets close, allow your hands to separate so the ends of the rope move toward the sides of your face. At the end of the movement, focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together and contracting your rear delts and upper back. Slowly return the rope to the starting position while maintaining control and tension in the cable. Key technique tips: Keep your torso upright throughout the movement Lead the pull with your elbows, not your hands Avoid shrugging your shoulders Control the return instead of letting the weight pull you forward The seated face pull is excellent for improving shoulder stability, posture, and upper back strength, making it a valuable exercise for anyone who lifts weights regularly. Mas quando você pega o jeito, ele se torna um dos campeões para o seu posterior de ombro 🤌🏻 Vamos aprender? — ERROS x ACERTOS NO FACEPULL: 1º ERRO: Puxar para o peito/pescoço O grande problema disso é tornar do movimento praticamente uma remada (tirando o foco do seu posterior de ombro). ✅ COMO CORRIGIR: puxe a corda na direção do rosto (movimento terminando na altura dos olhos). 2º ERRO: Cotovelos muito baixos Seu os cotovelos ficam abaixo da linha dos ombros, você acaba perdendo uma ativação otimizada do deltoide posterior. ✅ COMO CORRIGIR: puxe a corda com os cotovelos acima da linha dos ombros — na altura das orelhas. 3º “ERRO”: PEGADA PRONADA X SUPINADA A pegada pronada não está necessariamente errada, mas a supinada (por baixo) pode otimizar ainda mais o trabalho do deltoide posterior. ✅ COMO CORRIGIR: Eu, particularmente, prefiro realizar com a pegada supinada — sinto que consigo posicionar melhor os ombros e facilitar a rotação externa no final do movimento. 4º ERRO: MÃOS MUITO PRÓXIMAS Com as mãos próximas demais, você acaba limitando a amplitude e reduzindo a participação das escapulas e deltoide posterior. ✅ COMO CORRIGIR: inicie o movimento com as mãos próximas e vá abrindo durante o movimento (terminando com elas afastadas). 5º ERRO: FALTA DE ROTAÇÃO EXTERNA NO FINAL DO MOVIMENTO No fim do movimento, você não deve terminar com os punhos retos — sem trabalhar os roteadores externos. ✅ COMO CORRIGIR: No final do movimento, gire levemente os punhos para fora (como se quisesse mostrar o dorso da mão para trás). Isso aumenta a eficiência do movimento e estabilidade do ombro. 6º ERRO: CORPO SEM ESTABILIDADE ✅ COMO CORRIGIR: Mantenha o tronco firme, ative o bracing, deixe o pescoço neutro e controle todo o movimento — com pausa no final para máxima contração. 🥇 DICA OURO: * No final do movimento, pense na pose de double biceps — essa é a posição final PERFEITA do facepull. 🔥 E é ÓBVIO que dentro da @natflix.fitness você tem TODA orientação, periodização e suporte para corrigir seus movimentos até que você execute de forma PERFEITA! #dicas #treinofeminino #facepull #treino #musculação

 - Fortalecerás y estabilizarás los rotadores externos y te ayudará a prevenir lesiones cuando entrenes hombro😎. ▪️Ejecución: - Colocate frente a la polea (utiliza de agarre una cuerda) - Agarra los extremos de la cuerda y llevalos a la altura de tus ojos abriendo tus brazos (como si hicieras un doble bíceps 💪🏼 ) - Regresa a la posición inicial controlando el movimiento. ✋🏼En este ejercicio no se trata de que tires mucho peso, se trata de que sientas bien el movimiento y que controles en todo momento la técnica. 👉🏼Así que unas 12-15 repeticiones sería ideal. 🎥 @lorenaonfit #myprotein #myproteines #facepull
