NI✨ Student Story — Why Learning With NikaFlow Feels Different ✨

Yes, earlier I was just trying to follow YouTube tutorials. I also tried copying some of your Instagram posts where you showed sequences — front, back, right hand, left hand, and so on. When I learn from a video, it takes me a long time to figure things out, and I inevitably make mistakes. Even when I get it right, once the combinations become more complicated, I end up memorizing them like choreography, and I miss the deeper understanding behind the movement.
When we learn something complex with you, you immediately see where my technical weaknesses are and give me supportive exercises that help me progress. This not only speeds up my acquisition of “tricks” but also helps me understand the fundamental elements that make those tricks possible.
As a professional ballerina and teacher, I really appreciate how important this foundational knowledge and training is. It’s like learning a language — you need to understand the rules before you can break them deliberately and beautifully.

The live lessons also help me because I can observe other learners. I hear the feedback you give them and connect it to what I’m seeing, which deepens my learning experience.

I also feel motivated knowing that you will ask us whether we practiced 😅 It helps me stay consistent and active, even when life gets busy — being a working mom of two children with all the responsibilities around it. Even though I’m always eager to learn fans, life can get in the way. Knowing that I will show up with you and the other students each week helps me dedicate some of my precious time to practice because I don’t want to slow down the pace of the lessons.
