✨ Hailey’s Creamy Buldak Carbonara
📝 Ingredients
• 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen
• 1½ cups water
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 slice Colby Jack cheese
• Rice cakes (optional)
• Bacon, corn dog, shrimp, or your choice of protein (optional)
• Parsley and sesame for garnish (optional)

👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Melt the cheese base
In a pan over medium-low heat, add the Swiss and Colby Jack cheese. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
2. Make the creamy carbonara sauce
Add the Buldak sauce packet, egg yolk, and mayonnaise. Mix until fully combined.
3. Cook the noodles
Pour in the water, then add the noodles, powder seasoning packet, rice cakes (if using), and heavy cream. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
4. Thicken the sauce
Once boiling, remove the lid and stir well. Continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce becomes creamy and glossy.
5. Top it off (optional, but highly recommended!)
Finish with crispy bacon, corn dog, fried dumplings, or shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and sesame for the final touch ✨
