AUTHENTIC LEADERS intentionally cultivate a CONSISTENT CULTURE of CUSTOMER CARE by genuinely caring for the PEOPLE (staff) entrusted with the responsibility of caring for the customers.
Remember this ::: Most people don’t CARE about what YOU care about, until THEY know how much you care about THEM and what they care about.
