MOThis drill was among many amazing drills that I learned at @tumblecon last year. It takes the Arabian drill and adds the half turn dismount to make it a standing full. It’s perfect for coaches that aren’t super comfortable spotting standing fulls. And it helps athletes feel how to go higher in their set!

NAToday was probably the best tumble day in the history of tumble days!! Not one.. not two.. but SIX All Girl athletes threw running full fulls today! The energy was high and the room was motivated. So many new passes from both teams but big shout out to our lady dawgs for pushing the standard.
