Circuit details 👉🏻 perform the prescribed time / reps of each exercise one after the other with minimal rest in between exercises. Once you finish the last exercise, rest 90 seconds. Do 3 sets lifting as heavy as possible on each exercise while maintaining excellent technique to get the most out of the workout.
