PRAs practitioners, most of us were in pain before starting Functional Patterns. Back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain and everything in between. Now we’re able to move athletically without the pain that comes along with traditional fitness methods. In addition, we knew that we would be doing clients a disservice if we continued coaching them on traditional methods that weren’t actually improving their movement and would eventually either contribute or put them in pain. Transverse movement is the hardest to coach, which is why you don’t see it in most traditional fitness.
